For both shots the camera mode was Aperture priority, metering Partial, EV comp -2/3, white balance Auto, color tone 0, highlight tone Enable, and auto lighting Strong.
The color shift is a puzzle. My guess is that the combo of maxed out highlight tone and auto lighting, plus saturation change, somehow tripped up the Auto WB.
